Itty Bitty Justus

I Love to See the TEMPLE

Today Justus wanted to play like he was a baby.  He knew that babies come after someone is married so he came to Zeke and I and said , "You guys need to get married so that I can come to earth."  He then proceeded to go upstairs, because that is where Heavenly Father lives and to let him know when we were done at the Temple so that he could come down as a baby.  It was really very sweet.  I am happy that some of the values that we are trying to teach the kids are sinking in.  Zeke was also so cute, when I said lets go to the temple and get married he got excited and a little shy.  The other day the boys were singing I love to see the temple and it was music to a moms ears.  

Justus's Birthday Long overdue

On January 1, 2005 I went to the Taylorsville insta-care thinking that I had strep throat and found out that I had pregnancy induce hypertension instead.  I was sent to LDS hospital to meet with the midwives and our life has never been the same since.  Justus was born 2 days later at 3:15 am weighing 3 Pounds 15 ounces.  He was 6 weeks early.  He had a rough go of things the first few hours, but he started breathing on his own and he came home 2 1/2 weeks later, weighing 4 pounds 4 ounces.  He is such a good kid and we love him even more 4 years and 5 months later.  

Justus wanted to have a rocket ship birthday cake.  He wanted it to be blue and red.  Well excuse the pink, because it doesn't matter how much red food coloring you put into fondant it does not turn red.  So he had a blue and pink cake.  He had his cousins over to grandma and grandpa Larson's and had a great time.
